Race Team Programme FAQ

Does my child have to compete to join Race Team?

Competition is encouraged, but never forced. Our coaches will discuss
your childʼs readiness and explore suitable options together with you.

How do I know if my child is ready for Race Team?

Readiness is based on technical foundation, water confidence, and emotional maturity — not just speed. We recommend booking an assessment session so our coaches can guide you.

What if my child wants to stop competing later?

Thatʼs completely alright. Swimmers can transition into Aqua Fitness or other pathways, or simply take a break and get back when ready.

How is progress measured?

Progress is measured through technical mastery, growing confidence, effort, and personal improvement — not just race results.

How many sessions per week are required?

Training frequency depends on the squad level and the swimmerʼs readiness. Our coaches will recommend an appropriate schedule that balances development, recovery, and school commitments.
