What Is the Race Team?
The Red Dot Penguins Race Team is for swimmers who are ready to move into structured training and competitive swimming, guided with care, balance, and long-term development in mind.
Open to swimmers with strong foundation. this programme supports those who enjoy challenge, goal-setting, and being part of a team.

Race Team sessions are structured and purposeful. Swimmers are supported to challenge themselves without being overwhelmed, so growth feels motivating.

The Race Team is led by former NTC coach Malcolm Chua and supported by other experienced coaches who have developed swimmers representing Singapore.
We take pride in delivering age-appropriate training programmes — thoughtfully introducing competitive swimming to children as young as five. Swimmers in our Race Team benefit from a structured competitive pathway that supports both performance and personal growth.
