Whether your child is entering the pool on their own for the first time, building essential water skills, or learning basic strokes, our coaches guide every swimmer at a pace that feels right.

Is Learn to Swim suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Beginners of all ages are welcome, including children, teens, and adults.

What if my child is nervous or afraid of water?

Yes. Our RDP coaches are trained to support learners at different levels of readiness, progressing at a pace that builds trust and confidence. of all ages are welcome, including children, teens, and adults.

How does progression work?

Progression is guided by readiness and skill development, not age alone. Coaches will recommend the next progression when your child demonstrates consistent performance and readiness.

Do swimmers have to move into competition after this?

Competition is optional. They may explore the Race Team if they are interested.

How do I know if this programme is right for my child?
