Red Dot Penguins’ competitive programme is headed by an ex-national coach and supported by coaches who have produced swimmers to represent Singapore. It is industry-leading in using age-appropriate training plans, enabling us to introduce competitive swimming to children from 6 years on in a fun way. Skills such as race starts, turns and underwaters are taught alongside dynamic warm-ups and foundational strength and conditioning work for the young ones, preparing them not just physically, but mentally for the challenges ahead.
