FAQs
Q: What are the prerequisites for joining the course?

Basic swimming skills are required. No prior teaching experience is necessary.
Q: How is the course structured?

The SAT course is done in 3 parts: E-learning, 8-hour course day and attachments. Upon completion, you will be assessed by a SWIM Australia-appointed trainer before you receive your certificate of completion.

Q: Is there a job guarantee after the course?
We provide job placement support, and many of our graduates find work within weeks of completing the course.*

Q: What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the course start date (Oct 31). Cancellations made within 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund but an administrative fee of $80 will be charged. No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
